Returns/Damages
Any shortfall must be notified to us within twenty four hours of delivery and any damages must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Notification must be in writing, by fax, email and include photographs of damaged item and packaging. Telephone notification is not acceptable. Damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging with stock number, invoice number and date.
Any claim for missing items after 24 hours of delivery or damaged items after 7 days of delivery cannot be upheld.
Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Europe and Worldwide deliveries: Please contact us for an accurate quote based on your order and location.
Deliveries to Europe start from £12.95. World wide deliveries start from £19.95 please contact the store for a quote before placing your order.
*Mirrors & glass/glazed products* – Deliveries will incur additional charges as they are sent by a specialist delivery courier. Please call or email for confirmation
We aim to deliver all orders between 3 and 21 days of receipt of payment. All deliveries are made to your door entrance or foyer by courier. For large furniture deliveries please ensure that you have assistance to take these into your home.
All bespoke orders include a white glove delivery service which will be detailed in your quotation.

#MIRRORS Please note – we do not deliver any mirrors outside of the 40 mile radius. Courier companies will not offer any insurance on mirrors, therefore we deliver using our own vans from Rural Interiors drivers only to address’ up to 40 miles away from our store.
